Most tools track work. Few of them help you run it.

Status spreadsheets, chatbots with no memory, and five apps fighting to be the source of truth. You become the glue.

Hilm sits on top of your projects as an AI Chief of Staff. It reads the same data you see, proposes moves, and applies them after you confirm.

The surfaces you run every day.

Each piece feeds the next. Projects, tasks, logs, and docs stay one record, not five silos.

  • AI Chief of Staff

Grounded in your Hilm data. It proposes next moves and can apply confirmed changes.

  • Projects

Health, progress, labels, archive, and the context behind what you are building.

  • Tasks

Statuses, estimates, dependencies, and boards that stay tied to the project.

  • Daily logs

What shipped, what blocked you, and what should happen next.

  • Documentation

Living docs kept next to decisions and release work.

  • Ideas

Capture sparks, score impact, turn them into tasks when ready.

  • Roadmaps

Now, next, later, and future without losing the thread.

  • Structured automation

Actions that mutate projects and tasks, not copy-paste chat answers.

  • Voice commands

Speak what happened. Hilm routes intent into real updates.

  • Search

Jump to tasks, notes, ideas, and conversations without hunting.

  • Command palette

Keyboard-first shortcuts from anywhere in the app.

  • Offline reading

Recent work stays readable when the network drops.

  • Installable PWA

Run Hilm from the browser or install it like a desktop app.

How Hilm handles meetings

Chat that executes, not only answers.

Hilm returns structured actions. Projects, tasks, docs, and activity update in place after you approve.

  • Complete tasks
  • Create tasks
  • Update project status
  • Draft documentation
  • Summarize meetings
  • Write daily logs
  • Track progress
  • Surface blockers
  • Suggest priorities
  • Keep project history current

Built for work you would not paste into a public chatbot.

Security is part of the product, not a footer promise.

  • Server-held keys

AI calls use Hilm’s server key. It is never shipped in the client bundle.

  • Scoped storage

Sessions persist safely. Attachments live in private, scoped storage.

  • Private AI path

Requests proxy through Hilm’s backend. Chats stay with your account and workspace.

  • Offline cache

Recent data stays readable on-device when connectivity drops.

  • Your data stays yours

Projects, notes, and history stay with your account, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings.

Straight answers.

What is Hilm?

Hilm is a Personal and Workspace Operating System: one web app where individuals organize their projects, tasks, meetings and notes (Personal OS) and teams run shared projects together (Workspace OS), with an AI assistant that works on that data.

What is a Personal OS?

A Personal OS is one private system for everything you are working on. In Hilm it holds your projects, tasks, Mission Control schedule, notes, ideas, daily logs and meeting notes, so you are not stitching together five separate apps.

What is a Workspace OS?

Workspace OS is the team side of Hilm: shared projects and tasks, departments and teams, member roles, a team-lead view, activity, reports and team meetings, with an AI assistant scoped to the workspace.

Can I use Hilm for personal projects?

Yes. Personal OS works on its own and is private to your account. You do not need a team to use Hilm.

Can teams use Hilm together?

Yes. Create a workspace, invite members with roles (owner, admin, member or viewer), and share projects, tasks and meetings. Each member keeps their own Personal OS alongside the workspace.

Can Hilm transcribe meetings and turn them into tasks?

Yes. Record a meeting in the browser and Hilm transcribes it with speaker labels, then writes a summary and lists decisions and action items. Any action item can become a task in one step.

What does the AI assistant do?

It reads your Hilm projects and tasks, proposes concrete changes such as creating or updating tasks, adding roadmap items or writing a daily log, and applies them inside Hilm after you confirm.

How easy is it to switch to Hilm from another tool?

Easy, and you do not re-type anything. Copy your project list, task list, plan or notes from the tool you use today (Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, a spreadsheet or a document), paste it into the AI chat in Hilm and ask it to set everything up. The assistant prepares the projects, tasks, priorities, due dates and roadmap items and creates them in one go after you confirm. Teams can do the same inside a workspace, and recorded meetings turn their action items into tasks.

Does Hilm support Arabic?

Yes. The interface is available in Arabic and English with a right-to-left layout for Arabic, and meeting transcription handles Arabic, English and mixed speech.

Is Hilm available on mobile?

Hilm is a Progressive Web App. Open app.hilm.tech in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen to use it like an installed app, with push notifications for reminders.

How do I get started?

Create an account at app.hilm.tech, set up your first project, then add tasks or record a meeting. You can create or join a workspace whenever you need one.

Is Hilm related to hilm.ai or HUMAIN OS?

No. Hilm (hilm.tech) is an independent Personal and Workspace Operating System for projects, tasks and meetings. It is not affiliated with hilm.ai, which is an AI website builder, or with HUMAIN OS. The official Hilm website is hilm.tech and the app runs at app.hilm.tech.
